2. Shipping Methods and Charges
The Store ships worldwide using trusted international carriers. Free shipping is available on all orders over $70 USD, regardless of destination. Shipping charges for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once paid, regardless of the order's outcome.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. These timeframes are approximations and do not constitute guarantees. The Store shall not be liable for delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier delays, customs processing, or any events outside the Store's control. The Customer assumes all risks associated with the delivery process.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. The Customer is responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided. Meow Supply is not liable for shipments that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
5. Risk of Loss
Upon the Store's transfer of the package to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage to the merchandise shall shift to the Customer. The Customer assumes full responsibility for any claims related to lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit. 6. Address Accuracy
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Meow Supply shall not be liable for any delays, non-delivery, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Customer. The Customer is strongly advised to review all shipping details prior to finalising their order.
7. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fees. Meow Supply has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply.
8. Return and Refund Policy

Return shipping costs, where applicable, shall be borne by the Customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
