2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of the date you received your order. All products — whether used or unused — are covered under this guarantee. We trust our customers and we stand behind every single product we sell.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, simply send an email to help@meow-supply.com with your order number and a brief description of your request. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions. That's it. No lengthy forms, no back-and-forth, no stress.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been issued on our end.

5. Return Shipping

In cases where a physical return is required, Meow Supply will provide clear instructions via email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, Meow Supply will cover all return shipping costs in full.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at help@meow-supply.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you — whichever you prefer.

7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no movement, please contact us at help@meow-supply.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain consumable or heavily personalised items may not be eligible for return. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return and we will clarify promptly.

9. Amendments

Meow Supply reserves the right to amend this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable national laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
